देहरादून। समान नागरिक संहिता लागू होने के बाद प्रदेश में लिव इन रिलेशनशिप का वेब पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना अनिवार्य होगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन न कराने पर युगल को छह महीने का कारावास और 25 हजार का दंड या दोनों हो सकते हैं। रजिस्ट्रेशन के तौर पर जो रसीद युगल को मिलेगी उसी के आधार पर उन्हें किराए पर घर, हॉस्टल या पीजी मिल सकेगा। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, हाल ही में धामी सरकार को सौंपे गए यूसीसी ड्राफ्ट में यह प्रावधान किया गया है। यूसीसी में लिव इन रिलेशनशिप को स्पष्ट रूप से परिभाषित किया गया है। इसके मुताबिक, सिर्फ एक व्यस्क पुरुष व वयस्क महिला ही लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रह सकेंगे।
वे पहले से विवाहित या किसी अन्य के साथ लिव इन रिलेशनशिप या प्रोहिबिटेड डिग्रीस ऑफ रिलेशनशिप में नहीं होने चाहिए। लिव-इन में रहने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को लिव-इन में रहने के लिए अनिवार्य पंजीकरण एक रजिस्टर्ड वेब पोर्टल पर कराना होगा। पंजीकरण के उपरांत उन्हें रजिस्ट्रार पंजीकरण की रसीद देगा। उसी रसीद के आधार पर वह युगल किराए पर घर या हॉस्टल या पीजी ले सकेगा। पंजीकरण कराने वाले युगल की सूचना रजिस्ट्रार को उनके माता-पिता या अभिभावक को देनी होगी। लिव-इन के दौरान पैदा हुए बच्चों को उस युगल का जायज बच्चा ही माना जाएगा और उस बच्चे को जैविक संतान के समस्त अधिकार प्राप्त होंगे। लिव-इन में रहने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को संबंध विच्छेद का पंजीकरण कराना भी अनिवार्य होगा।
